What sellers say after running orders through SongHQ

Before SongHQ I had orders tracked across Etsy messages, a spreadsheet, and my own memory. Now everything lands on one board and I can see at a glance which orders are waiting on me versus waiting on the customer.

I connected my own Suno account instead of using SongHQ's platform generation, so I'm not paying extra per song on top of my subscription. For the volume I run, that difference adds up fast.

Memorial songs are sensitive — people want to feel involved before they hear the final version. The intake form and review link give my customers a way to be part of the process without a dozen back-and-forth emails.

I saved my go-to acoustic/vocal style as a template, so repeat orders in that same style start from something closer to what I want instead of a blank prompt every time.
