Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for content and generation on SongHQ
Jul 23, 2026

Effective date: July 23, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies whenever you use SongHQ, including prompts, intake-form answers, generated assets, uploads, review feedback, and delivery content.

Prohibited Content

You must not submit, request, generate, upload, publish, or distribute:

  • NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
  • Sexual content involving, depicting, or appearing to involve a minor
  • Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, coercion, or abuse
  • Content that facilitates violence, fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, or infringement
  • Content you do not have the rights or lawful authority to create or distribute

Safety Controls

SongHQ may use automated content-safety checks before generation. A prompt may be refused when it violates this policy or when the safety service is unavailable. You must not attempt to bypass, disguise, probe, disable, or otherwise evade these controls.

Enforcement

SongHQ may block prompts, refuse generation, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious or repeated violations may be reported when required by law.
