卖家用 SongHQ 跑订单后怎么说

Before SongHQ I had orders tracked across Etsy messages, a spreadsheet, and my own memory. Now everything lands on one board and I can see at a glance which orders are waiting on me versus waiting on the customer.

I connected my own Suno account instead of using SongHQ's platform generation, so I'm not paying extra per song on top of my subscription. For the volume I run, that difference adds up fast.

The intake form asks for exactly what I used to have to chase in DMs — names, occasion, the specific memory they want mentioned. Buyers fill it in once and I stop reading messages twice to catch details I'd missed.

Sending a review link before final delivery cut out almost all of my 'actually, can you change this' messages after the fact. People approve a version or tell me what to adjust, and I'm not guessing.

The delivery page has my logo and shop name on it, no SongHQ branding. A few buyers have mentioned it looked more like a real studio than a random file download, and I get repeat orders from some of them for birthdays and anniversaries.

I had a run of twelve orders in one week around a holiday and didn't lose track of a single one. Before SongHQ that volume would have meant a messy notebook and at least one buyer I forgot to follow up with.

Memorial songs are sensitive — people want to feel involved before they hear the final version. The intake form and review link give my customers a way to be part of the process without a dozen back-and-forth emails.

I saved my go-to acoustic/vocal style as a template, so repeat orders in that same style start from something closer to what I want instead of a blank prompt every time.
